 Directions

You DO NOT need this session if you’ve never found yourself formulating your response while a client is talking, or if you’ve never finished a sentence for them. You can skip it if you’ve never said, “Oh, me too!” to indicate that you relate to your client’s story, and you don’t need to attend if you’ve never said or done something intended to appear clever or smart.

Please DO join this interactive discussion if you believe that this is a good time for you to intentionally evaluate your listening skills, and that doing so will provide information that can help you serve your clients.

This interactive talk will give you practical tips you can implement immediately to avoid hidden communication pitfalls that cloud our ability to truly hear what our clients are, and aren’t, saying. You’ll learn how to raise your listening game and become a better professional, friend, partner, parent, mentor, and human, too.
