Learn the basics at the PRSA Chesapeake Chapter’s November program, featuring Social Media Guru Sarah Goodling, as she shares Part One of Hacks for Social Media Success. You will learn how to build a brand social media presence from the ground up – including developing a brand identity, content strategy and community engagement approach, and how to measure your success. And best of all, you’ll see it all applied in a real-life case study.

Sarah is the Public Relations & Social Media Supervisor at Crosby Marketing, an Annapolis-based integrated marketing firm. There, she supports nonprofit organizations, advocacy programs and government agencies with user-focused social media messaging and content, editorial planning, influencer engagement, community building, measurement and analytics, media relations and reputation management.

Part Two in the Social Media Explained series will take place on Thursday, February 15th and will include best practices for paid content promotion, analytics and reporting. Stay tuned for more information!
